2. Types of Refunds
2.1 Exam Failure Guarantee
If you use our platform to prepare for the Series 65 exam and do not pass, you are eligible for a 100% refund of all subscription fees paid.
Requirements:
- Complete at least 80% of the assigned study materials
- Take at least 3 full-length practice exams on our platform
- Achieve an average score of 65% or higher on practice exams
- Submit your official exam failure notification within 30 days of taking the exam
2.2 Decision Not to Take the Exam
Life circumstances change. If you decide not to pursue the Series 65 exam, you can receive a full refund of your subscription fees, regardless of how much of the platform you've used.
Requirements:
- Request the refund within 6 months of your subscription start date
- Provide a brief reason for your decision (no detailed explanation required)

2.3 Dissatisfaction Within 30 Days

2.4 Technical Issues

3. What's NOT Covered
To maintain the integrity of our guarantee, the following situations are not eligible for refunds under the Exam Failure Guarantee:
- Failure to meet the minimum study requirements (80% completion, 3 practice exams)
- Inability to provide official exam results documentation
- Refund requests submitted more than 30 days after the exam date
- Exam failure due to exam center technical issues (not covered by Pass65)
- Previously granted refunds under this policy (one refund per customer)
Note: Even if you don't qualify for the Exam Failure Guarantee, you may still be eligible for the "Decision Not to Take the Exam" refund.
4. How to Request a Refund
Step 1: Contact Us

- Your registered email address
- The type of refund you're requesting
- For Exam Failure: Your official FINRA/NASAA exam results
- For other refunds: A brief description of your situation
Step 2: Verification (If Applicable)
For Exam Failure Guarantee refunds, we will verify:
- Your study progress in our system
- The authenticity of your exam results
This verification typically takes 2-3 business days.
Step 3: Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

6. Free Trial
Our 7-day free trial requires no payment information. Since no charge is made during the trial, no refund is necessary if you choose not to continue. Simply do not subscribe after your trial ends, and you will not be charged.
7. Subscription Cancellation vs. Refund
It's important to understand the difference:
- Cancellation: Stops future charges but retains access until the end of your current billing period. No refund for the current period.
- Refund: Returns money for charges already made. May include immediate termination of access.
